Feature changes and a few complaints

Hi Mike,
I have a couple of things I think you might want to change in v9.2.5:
1. I have several cues where I need to change level sub-cues to stop sub-cues. If I put in the stop cue and then delete the level cue, all of the sub cues get deleted.
2. If I change a cue or add a subcue, the cue I am working on automatically moves to the bottom of the cue list window in the editor. This is rather annoying since I am working from the beginning, not the end.
3. I would like the option to turn the graphic file display on or off for the whole file. Once I set the cues, I do not like to wait for the graphics to be processed in order to make changes.
4. It would be nice to be able to determine x-fade times from the stop cue without having to reference the out time set for the previous cue. This could be set in preferences rather than a global change to the program since I know other people do not work this way.
Thanks. So far SCS has done pretty well for me, except for the ongoing stability issues.
