Select Cue with Cursor Keys (in 9.2)

When I use SCS it appears that I can select a cue with the cursor keys - as I hit UP and DOWN then the next cue up or down gets highlighted. However, when I press GO, then I find the cue is not really selected and I can only really select it with the mouse.

If there is a way to use the cursor keys on the keyboard, I would love to know it. If there isn't one, then I propose it as a new feature.

Keep up the excellent work,
Matt

P.S. I'm about to use SCS in two new shows - "Mariana Pineda" at the Arcola theatre in London and "Food" at the Traverse Theatre in Edinburgh (at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival)

Matt - I've had the same trouble. You can use the shortcut keys Alt+N for the next cue and Alt+B to go back one.

Mike - Have you got this on your list of fixes? It confuses inexperienced operators, especially when I forget to tell them. Thanks.

I will be issuing 9.2 shortly, and one of the fixes in this is:
  • When changing the current cue in the run screen cue list by using the arrow keys, SCS now repositions the cue list at that cue (as it does if you left-mouse-click on the cue). This also applies to Home, End, Page Up and Page Down.

That's great news, Mike.

Martin - thanks for the tip with Alt N / Alt B. I didn't know that and it's a good workaround.

Cheers,
Matt
