[Fix 11.8.1] Performance optimization for editing lighting cues

The new features for working lighting cues are really great, but the performance for those cues in the editor could be better.
It takes very long to load the cue information compared to other cues.

I've attached a show file of a theater production I did last year.

Tested in latest version 11.8.0.1 (x64).

Sorry for the very long delay in responding to this, but you should find this performance issue fixed in SCS 11.8.1 Release Candidate 5.
