[Mod 11.6.1] ESC button to fade out rather than stop

Hi, I don't know if this has already been asked but would it be possible to have the escape button to fade out everything rather than stop it or mayeb give the option to set a fade time on this? I know you can set a SFR Q to fade all playing Qs and map it to a hotkey but it would be nice if the escape button did this.
Thanks
Matt

Sorry but have to disagree. Esc is a great "panic" button - do something daft and you can stop it immediately. The hotkey route works just fine - I have two defined with slow and fast fadeout times . .
Cheers from . . er . . rainy France

btw, SCS 11.6.0 (currently in development) will support production templates. A template can be used when creating a new production, so you can have a template (or templates) that contain hotkey cues for reasons such as this.

SCS 11.6.1 (just released) provides a 'fade-all' as an alternative to 'stop all'. Esc is still the default key for 'stop all', but shift/esc will activate 'fade-all'. The duration of the fade is set in Options / General and the default is 1 second. See the documentation for more info.
