Level change Current playing Audio cue option

I'd like an option in the Level Change Cue that would allow me to fade down any currently playing audio cue to a level that I would set with a hot key.
Conversely I would like the option to then have the Level Change Cue allow me to fade up any currently playing audio cue with a hot key.
