Configurable licence level

I have SCS Pro Plus, but sometimes I have to build cue files for performance machines that have a lower licence level. I'd like to be able to configure my installation to operate at a lower level temporarily, to ensure that I don't use any features that will not be available on the performance machine.
This could be via a drop-down box in the preferences pane that allows me to select any licence level up to the one I've purchased. Different levels for design and performance mode are probably not a good idea, but perhaps some form alert should be displayed at startup time if the level is set to something below the purchased licence level, with a request to confirm operation at that lower level or revert to the highest licensed mode?
