It would be very useful to be able to promote and demote cues, i.e., to demote a cue to be a sub-cue of the preceding (by default) cue, or to promote a sub-cue to create a new top-level cue following the cue from which it has been promoted.
Also, it would be good to be able to copy a sub-cue and paste it as a full cue, and vice-versa
I often find myself in two minds about whether to make an effect a sub-cue or a stand alone, and sometime it's not clear which is best until the tech rehearsal. It would be great to be able to quickly move a cue between top and sub leve - similar to promoting/demoting lines in a multi-level numbered list in MS Word (though wit only 2 levels, of course).

You can already do the first part of your request. See the horizontal arrows to the left of the cue list in the Editor.

Re: Promotion and demotion of cues to/from sub-cues:
The second part of the request is therefore also quite easy as you can copy and paste a cue or a sub-cue to create a duplicate, and then use the appropriate arrow button to the left of the cue list to convert this duplicate from a cue to a sub-cue or vice versa. The up and down arrow buttons assist in moving cues and sub-cues up and down the cue list.

Re: Promotion and demotion of cues to/from sub-cues:
Thanks Mike - hadn't notice those buttons, I was looking for the option by right-clicking on the cue, alongside the copy and paste options - ie "paste as new sub-cue". "paste as new cue". "promote to cue" , "demote to subcue". Any chance of adding these there? It would save mouse movements and make it quicker to use.
