Midi Timecode and Midi Machine Control

One feature I have been meaning to ask for for a while now is the ability to read Midi Timecode and also to incorporate Midi Machine Control commands into Midi Cues.
The application for this is using a multitrack playback device such as a Tascam X-48 or similar with SCS.
What I would ideally like to be able to do is have a cue that would output a Midi Machine Control Command to start the machine playing,
SCS then listens to the incoming midi timecode stream generated by the device while it plays and then fires a Midi Machine Control stop cue at a preset point with a linked cue to locate to the top of the next track.
