CHANGE VIDEO LEVEL

Hi,
for a theatree show, I'd need to change the transparency/output level of a still image and a video file, but the change level cue refers only to audio. Is there a way to do it?

What Ive been doing is to rip the audio file out of the video. I use Freemake audio converter ( http://www.freemake.com/free_audio_converter ) Then cue the converted audio file to auto run @ 0 Seconds after start of ( said video cue ) With this I can route audio through ASIO or any channel on DIRECTSOUND.

There is no way to modify transparency/output level of video and still images right now.
