[In 11.7.0] Renumber Cues fields

Hi Mike,

I don't know if it has been suggested before but could the values "new cue number for the first cue..." and "renumbering increment" in the "renumber cues" panel remain populated after entering them in, so when re-numbering is required which can happen frequently in the same session, those values don't have to be re-entered every time.

I tend to use the same numbering system with increments of one. Obviously if they needed editing they can be.

It would be very convenient I think to just be able to hit "view changes" and "OK" if the parameters are the same.
