Multiple Monitor Support

Support multiple video cues to multiple monitors using several multi output graphics cards to achieve an output of at least 4 monitors.

I'll evaluate alternative video dll's in the new year, and support for multiple monitors is one of the criteria I'll be using in the evaluation.
