Any possibility to set up SCS with a simple two-axis joystick device (like a game joystick), maybe a USB device, and allow us to pan between four speaker outputs? I think you would make a lot of friends if you could come up with such an interface
I've only heard of these on very high end sound boards, but it doesn't seem like it shoudl be all that complicated. I know surround panning involves phase shifts in addition to volume control, but for now just the level controls would give us a lot of capability.
