Hi Mike,
For now I'm using MSC messages to launch cues on my light software (DLight) and it's working great, but I wanted to use OSC for this control.
I can make it happens, it's working nicely too, but it's not as easy to do as with MSC.
Could it be possible on the free format to get 3 separated lines to write the OSC message (address pattern, type tag string, arguments) ?
And when making more than one of that kind of cue, it could "remember" the begining of the message and make a +1 into arguments (like with MSC messages to fire a cue).
Cause it's "long" to write the entire message each time and errors can happened easily...
Message to launch for this case is /seq/X2LoadAndFireCue ,f 1 (for the cue 1 of course)
Thanks.

Re: OSC writing message request (free format)
Noted, although I'm not sure about the +1 suggestion. Should SCS just remember the address pattern and type tag string, and leave the arguments field initially clear? Ideally there should also be a 'clear' button to clear out the auto-populated fields.
Re: OSC writing message request (free format)
Thanks !
For my use case, It could be helpful, cause faster, to auto populate the argument (like the MSC to fire a cue do). But maybe it's not good for all free format OSC. So, maybe with an option to activate or not ?
Best regards
