Show Cue System

Using SCS 11.10.7 on Windows 11, if I preview a video and set its size and position, the actual size and position of the video on screen when running the cue live are different. The result is that I have to set the size and position of the video image by trial and error.

This bug is identical to one raised in Feb 2020 which was apparently fixed in 11.8.3 but I am still experiencing the exact same symptoms described previously.

Please email us the log file from a run in which this happened. Log files are saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents". Email the file to support@showcuesystems.com.

Also, a screenshot of the Video cue showing the size and positions that you expected would achieve the desired result, and what you actually had to change these to.
