Large image slideshow causes full crash intermittenly

I have looked through the help menus and options and could not see where to create a diagnostic file. I will email my show and db files. I am guessing that the scsdb is the debug file.

I loaded 477 images into a video/image cue for a slide show. The playlist scroll at the bottom will only display 426. I can keep scrolling with the arrow key and the images do show in the preview window. After that I added a 3 min video to the next video/image cue. SCS started acting a little slow then. When I tried to scroll through the video, the editor closed. I opened the editor again, tried to scroll, SCS closed completely with no error. I reopened, went right to the video in the editor and could scroll. I then tried to copy the slideshow cue and paste it again after the editor, SCS closed completely.

After reopening, I moved the slide show cue and made it a callable cue. I then put a call cue before and after the video. Everything seems to play fine. I am going to run it for a few hours today before I go live with it tomorrow.

I think the number of images might be the issue.

Hi, You can always send a log file of a run with the problem to support@showcuesystems.com. Logfiles can be found in your "Documents\SCS logs" folder. They are time and date stamped.
