Hello Mike,
I may have found a mistake.
For our shows I usually use a Primary System and a Secondary System (both V 11.10.7) as backup. From time to time I control the primary system via a stream deck connected to this PC, which controls the SCS with program change commands.
Today I noticed that all commands work perfectly, only the “STOP EVERYTHING” command is not passed on to the backup system, i.e. it just keeps running. However, if I press “ESC” on the keyboard of the primary PC, both systems stop. If I press “STOP EVERYTHING” (Program Change 1) on the stream deck, the primary SCS stops, but unfortunately the secondary SCS does not.
As I said, all other program changes (Go, Fade all, Go to top, Go back, Go to next) work.
Best regards
Heiko

Please email us the log file from a run in which this happened. Log files are saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents". Email the file to support@showcuesystems.com.
