Video cue failing to fire together. (Randomly?)

Ok so I just wanted to see if someone is able to work out what happened here.
I have attached a trimmed log as the file limit is TINY on this forum but have left the first chunk and then trimmed the log to roughly the event. Hopefully it provides something useful?

Had a show where I fired a video cue that fires a VT on one output, and also triggers another video on another output.
Been working VERY well throughout many rehearsals. But on the actual show with nothing changed, the second cue just simply didn't fire on the main machine, but did on the backup.

The log attached is from the main machine and I have trimmed to the section around where this happened. Not sure if anything obvious pops up for the support team. I can provide full log file and even full show file & assets to support if they're happy for me to upload this somewhere. I've had a few similar bugs throughout.

Only things worth nothing on my end, is issues seem to happen when I am firing a video cue while another video cue is still running/looping. (But not always) and it also causes more issues when firing a cue that isn't the next one in the list, even if this has been selected and ready to hit go for some time.

Just looking for ideas on what may have happened if possible and if I could do something to prevent it happening again.
All worked perfectly throughout numerous rehearsals and it went bad on the actual show for no obvious reason, even though we were able to switch to the backup without a complete disaster, it didn't look brilliant. And especially didn't sound brilliant as the audio that was required was from the part of the cue that didn't fire.
