[Fix 11.10.3] Crash on waveform click for video cue

Clicking on the waveform for a video cue crashes the program.
Expected behaviour: playback would continue from the point clicked.

Context: I'm running rehearsals for a dance production involving video playback on an LED screen. I want to reposition playback from various points in the song according to the wishes of the production director.

Interestingly, clicking on the waveform for an audio cue works fine; it continues playback from the point clicked.

SCS Version 11.10.2
Video format: MP4
I'm also using MTC send cues; not sure if that's relevant.
