Cue steals focus from SCS

I'm running 11.10.2 and could not find the menu option for a diagostic file. I've got 3 cues in my show file where i put a static image up, then 6 seconds later crossfade to live video. On the second instance of this, when I run the cue, it gives focus to some other application and I am unable to proceed until I click the next cue in the list. At a complete loss as to what is happening. Cue file and trace logs available on request.

Please email me the log file from a run in which this happened. Log files are created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of each file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Email the file to support@showcuesystems.com.
