Registration and diagnostic file

I am using SCS 11.10.1 Build 2024/1/24 12:23. I attempted to register the version. The registration replied that the registration was successful. I used the software successfully for about a week. After continuously using and editing a show I am now in the situation where registration works except SCS keeps the registration window up and locks up the program. I did not wait at least 15 mins. The reason I was reregistering again was that I didn't get a Diagnostic link with on the Help menu and I thought perhaps this had to do with registration. Which brings the next question. Where is the diagnostic link that generates a diagnostic file. I had an issue running the last show which I feel the diagnostic file would make it possible to diagnose.

It seems there are several issues I have bumped into just to get an answer to the real problem.

Please send a log file where this problem happens to support@showcuesystems.com, log files can be found in your "Documents\scs logs" folder.
Also 11.10.2 is the latest version, you may want to update.
