demo could control cue with midi, professional license wont work

Hi, hoping someone can help me here

I was using demo version and used a midi controller to activate cues and it worked great. I set midi controller in the cue control section, set control method to note on and worked perfectly, in the cue i added the program change number 2 for Q2, 3 for Q3 and worked flawlessly so i bought the professional license today and now it wont work at all

I have not changed any setting at all, it still finds the midi controller, and when i test midi input it detects the midi notes being sent to it but i have spent hours and the professional version simple will not activate my cues with midi anymore

I check the official page and it says the professional version does allow cue control through midi so unless this has changed then i have no idea why it wont activate the CUES with midi anymore?????

Please email me the SCS log file from a run in which this happened. Log files are created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of each file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started.
