[Fix 11.10.0] Timecode MTC not sending exept start time

Hello, I finished my show, on my computer Win 10 everythings works :

OSC sending to grandma
MTC sending to grandma by 2 sound cards roland.

But on the computer of the cabaret (win 10 too)

MTC sending to grandma by the same sound cards works every now and then.

But when I play/pause, grandma read the instant timecode, or when I change the position of the cursor on the waveform of the video, grandma change the time but not read.

Sometimes it works after reboot PC, then after reboot the soft, it doesn't work...
I swapped the sound cards, it work but after reboot it doesn't work.
I change the sound card by RTP midi : same things.

Sending time at the start but no playing MTC...

Do you have an idea??

I've emailed you details of a new version to try, which includes a couple of MTC bug fixes. Let me know if this new version fixes the MTC issue.
