Videos not Loading after Stop All and Reposition

We are running version 11.9.7 (x64). We are running rehearsals with a show that has audio and video files playing and the director will have us stop and back up and rerun something so the actors can get in sync with running videos. However, when I press escape to stop everything and then reposition the cue list so we can run it again, completed video files are not reloading. Once the cue list is repositioned, if I press go to restart the audio and videos, the videos will only appear as a black screen. The only way I have been able to get the completed videos to reload is to exit the Show Cue Program and restart it.

I've just run a test here and the restarted video displayed correctly. Please email me the SCS log file from a run in which this happened. Log files are created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of each file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started.
