Cue Start Latency by USB-Keyboard with combined Keystrokes (e.g. cmd+p)

Hello,
I have a big problem with SCS (11.8.5) when I trigger audio-cues with a programmable USB-Keyboard from Prekeytec (https://www.prehkeytec.de/), which sends combined keystrokes commands e.g. cmd+p.
Sometimes the audio cues start late. This always happens randomly.
When I hold "cmd" on a PC-Keyboard und press "p" to start the cues, the beginnings are immediate.
Does anyone have similar experiences?
