[Fix 11.9.0] Problem capturing MIDI from QU-32

I have been using SCS to control the A&H QU-31 for some time now, and I lately I have been capturing the commands from the QU-32.
In the latest version 11.8.5 I can no longer capture NPRN. Two things are happening, it acts as if it is constantly transferring the MIDI NPRN form to the current control message, if you make any changes on the form it shows up in the current control message.
Second, when you click on "capture" a command fills the box above the capture button, but the SAVE button is never enabled, and another command never appears to be rcvd. Pressing anything on the QU32 has no effect. Usually after a few seconds SCS basically locks up, and you have to use task manager or the task bar icon to close the SCS Editor.
When you bring up a MIDI control cue, an apparently random command appears in the control message stack.
I've also brought up old shows to see if they worked correctly. But no such luck. I'd drop back to the SCS version that worked, but that version had some serious issues with slide shows that seems to be fixed now.
