Hello
I allow myself to write because it's been a while since I had not used show cue. I just updated 11.8.4 and now when I put a fade in on a video, the video freezes or the reader reads 1 image out of 40 and the bug persists even when I remove the fade in afterwards.
how to fix this?

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email me the log file from a run in which this happened.
