Just got the newest SM-S version from Charlie Richmond. But it keeps crashing in SCS 11.8.1.1.

SCS is timing out waiting for a response from SM-S after sending a command to assign an audio file to a playback channel. I've just run your cue file here, substituting one of my own wav files, and this worked perfectly. That's with the same version of SM-S and also with the same audio interface (Roland Octa-Capture). Can you email me the SM-S log file? This will be in the folder "SoundMan Logs" in your Documents folder.
