[Fix 11.8.1.1] SCS 11.8.1 crashes after adding video cue

[WLT-Support]

1. SCS is running on a desktop with the following display configuration.

Display #2 VGA Windows Main Screen Display #1 HDMI

2. Created a new SCS production

The test sequence and what happened on both screens was as follows.

Display #2 Display #1

SCS Editor SCS Main screen

Closed SCS Editor.
Dragged SCS main screen to Display #2
Closed SCS main screen
Opened SCS test production
Opened SCS Editor and added a video cue.
Screen went blank SCS main screen appeared and then SCS crashed.

SCS Diagnostics file attached.

When I attempted to attaches the SCS log file, I recieved a "File too large:" error message although the zip file is only 272 KB.
