[Fix 11.8.1] Live Audio Cue does not show all available channels

I have a SM-S license for 16x16 channels and can input and test all 16 inputs on the devices page, however when I go into the live cue I can only see the first 8 channels. Why are the other channels not visible?

A log file will have been created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of the file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started. Please email a relevant log file to me at
support@showcuesystems.com.
