[Resolved] Error opening cue file in 11.7.1.1

Just upgraded to 11.7.1.1, on my laptop running Windows 10. Opening SCS with a (new) blank cue file works OK. As soon as I try to open a cue file, I get a message "Error: Bass_Init has not been successfully called". Screenshot attached. Tried to update diagnostic log, but form says file too big = it's 2196KB.
