SFR Fade time override

Post by acheslow » Sun Jun 10, 2018 6:46 am

I just upgraded to 11.7.0 and started a new project with an SFR cue to fade out and hibernate a playlist. I have the time override for fades set to 6.0 seconds but when I execute the cue it begins to fade for about 0.1 seconds and then the audio just suddenly stops.

I tried also setting the default fade times in the production properties to 6.0 seconds even though I know that shouldn't affect existing cues, but that didn't solve anything.

Could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".
