Playlist cue problems

A couple of things odd with playlist cues in 11.6.2 -
First - When a Playlist cue is playing, I open the Editor and click on the playing Playlist cue. Track 1 of the Playlist is highlighted. I can navigate to any track in the play list, BUT when I highlight the currently playing track, navigation of the list is disabled, meaning I can't navigate away from the currently playing track. I must either close the Editor or go to a different cue in the Cue list and then go back to the Playlist cue in order to reset the navigation ability in that cue.
Second - I have a Playlist cue playing. While the Playlist cue is playing and navigation is working, I highlight a track in the Playlist cue that is not currently playing but is BEFORE the currently playing track and remove the track using the - button. As soon as I do that the Playlist cue in the SCS window visually resets to the track at the top of the playlist - the currently playing track continues to play. I close the Editor window and the Playlist cue stops playing and resets to the top of the playlist. EDIT - When this happens the Playlist cue in the SCS cue window is still highlighted in Green and listed as PLAYING, even though it has stopped playing.
If I do the same thing as above, yet delete a track in the Playlist that is AFTER the currently playing cue, hit SAVE and close the Editor window, the playback cursor resets to the beginning of the currently playing track and plays it from the beginning.
