I have an SCS system installed on a remote computer at a museum installation. It's running a soundscape that loops continuously. I have the SCS cue file in the startup folder, so it runs when the Crestron powers up the playback computer in the morning.
Occasionally, SCS spits out an error when it first launches (see attached screenshot).
Audio interface is a MOTU Ultralite MK4 (not my choice) connected via USB. The MOTU does not power cycle each night, just the computer.
OS is Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1, 64-bit. Hardware includes Intel Core i7-6700k @ 4.00 GHz, 16 GB Ram.
The only other software that launches at startup is TeamViewer, which I imagine could be part of the problem.
Thanks for any help or troubleshooting guidance. I haven't been able to reproduce this error when restarting the computer myself, so it's a little hard to get more details. I should mention I'm currently about 3000 miles away from the computer itself doing all this remotely, but if needed I can get someone on site to help out.
Thanks,
Jon

I haven't come across that before and can't think of any reason for this error. I've emailed you details of a tracing version to run.
