[Fix 11.6.2] SCS Remote Commands not Receive in 11.6.1

After updating to 11.6.1, the remote control of an SCS instance no longer works.
Constellation:
PC 1 for audio, video and midi cues. This also controls the SCS Telnet a second PC, which takes control of the video matrix, beamer and PTZ camera via Telnet, PJLINK and HTTP.
After updating to 11.6.1 on the remote machine, this will no longer receive the scsGO ("x") commands.
With SCS 11.6.0 on the receiver side, everything is ok.
