Mike,
I may be posting this twice but I can't see my original post.
My BCF looks to be receiving commands from SCS and reacts accordingly, but it does not appear to be sending to SCS. When I move the slides on the screen the sliders on the BCF2000 move, but not the other way round.
Any ideas as to why?
This is not really a bug because I know I've had this working in the past and it works fine under Mackie emulation to Adobe Audition.
Regards,
Phil.

Re: BCF not Sending
Sorry for the delay in replying, Phil. If you still have this problem then could you email me a diagnostic file? You can create this file by selecting 'Create Diagnostic File' from the drop-down menu displayed when you click the Help button in the main window. The file will be saved in a folder named "SCS Diagnostics" under "Documents" or "My Documents".
Re: BCF not Sending
Mike,
Diagnostics file attached, although I've changed the extension to be .txt as it says extension SCSZ is not allowed

OK - so then I plugged in my USB Port Replicator - the BCF is still connected to the same USB port on my pc then it works!!!!!!! I didn't even power the PC off or the BCF just plugged up the Port Replicator.

Re: BCF not Sending
Interesting! So can I treat this matter as 'resolved'? The diagnostic files don't reveal anything that could explain the issue. I see that in the second run SCS detected 3 screens whereas in the first run only one screen was detected, but that shouldn't affect the handling of the BCF2000.
Re: BCF not Sending
Mike,
By all means treat it as resolved. All I had done really between run 1 and run 2 was to plug in my USB replicator which had all the extra stuff I use at my desk (like 2 extra screens), but the BCF2000 remained in the same USB3 port connected directly to the PC.
Thanks for having a look - I'll come back if the problem rears its ugly head again.
I've actually found this really useful as I can now set levels at tech rehearsals using a long (30m) USB cable connected to my PC in the auditorium and the M-Audio device in the control box. Then at show time I put the pc in the control box with the M-Audio device and I connect the BCF to the other end of the 30m USB cable, sit at the back of the auditorium with the BCF discreetly on my lap and a) fire off cues from the BCF and b) adjust overall level for audience conditions. So thanks for the feature.
Even better is now the fact that the PC won't go to sleep so I don't have to keep slip back now and again to move the mouse to keep the PC awake.
