[Fix 11.4.0.1] Timed sub-cues not running after stop all

Hi Mike - sorry about this . . .
Using 11.4.0 but not sure if this was happening in the RC versions . . .
OK I have an audio cue with a loop and then a manual SFR cue to release the loop. I then have a cue which is auto triggered on the completion of the SFR cue (ie when the loop is exited) and this auto-trigger cue has multiple sub-cues each of which is delayed and which sends a single midi message. All works fine unless after the loop release I have a problem and stop all (Esc). This stops everything and keeps the next manual cue on the original audio cue - I then restart, exit the loop as normal but then the sub-cues of the auto-trigger cue don't fire anymore. In the bottom panel the cue is shown as not loaded. If I stop all then do previous cue and next cue then all works just fine. It is as though the timed sub-cues are in a half way state . . .
I'll do a diagnostics dump and send it to you
Cheers
Richard
