[Fix 11.3.7] Blank entries in the Level Points drop-down

Using SCS 11, Standard edition (thus I only have the basic fade-in/fade-out level points)...

- Load file Demo.scs11, go into the editor and select the Fanfare cue.
- Enter values such as 1 second for both the Fade in and Fade Out times.
- Click on the Audio Devices/Level Points drop-down.
- The entries in the drop-down list for the Fade-in and Fade-out level points are blank.
- This problem fixes itself after the editor window is closed and re-opened and doesn't seem to cause any data corruption, thus I'd consider it a very minor issue.
