[Fix 11.3.0] 11.3.0 RC1 Cue Index bug

Hi Mike,

I am getting the following error message with 11.3.0 RC1 when I save a cue file containing multiple sub-cues:

Incorrect nCueIndex for Aud Q12<3>\nCueIndex=4, i=3

The cue in question (Q12) has the same audio file (rifle fire) for each sub cue, each with a different relative start time after the start of the cue.

I can reproduce this in a test cue file with only a single cue and 3 identical sub-cues. The error occurs when the cue already contains two sub cues and I copy one of the sub cues and paste it back as a third sub cue and then save the cue file.
