MP4 image missing in editor window.

Hi Mike,
Might be a bug but not sure:
Using 11.2.5
When playing an MP4 video file from the Main window, when I go into editor window, the image doesn't appear although the scroll bar timer is operating. If I stop the live cue playing from the Main window and then open the editor then the image does appear in the editor window (the video also runs in the editor when editor play is pressed).
With the editor window open but no cues playing, the MP4 cue is visible , when I start the MP4 cue playing (from main window) then the image plays ok but doesn't move in the editor window (stays on first frame). The cue timers are operating in the editor but the scroll bar is static.
Still image cues work as I'd expect, ie even when running from the Main window they also appear in the editor window. When using the Main screen video monitor pop up display the MP4 plays in both that and on the projector ok.
Is this correct?
The other issue that I've run into, which is prob more a windows 8 issue perhaps, is that losing the HDMI video connection to the projector causes my computer to reassign the SCS main screen as the projected image, with no way to recover (pressing STOP (Esc) on the keyboard doesn't fix it) other than forcing SCS closure using Alt F4. Once this is done, the computer then displays the correct main windows desktop screen and I can restart SCS without the projector connected. The reason this is an issue (albeit a controllable one now we know what the 'cure' is) is that I'm using an HDMI 4 input 2 output matrix switch so that the projector can be easily connected to different sources (other than the computer).
I suspect this is because, when operating the matrix switch, the computer temporarily loses it's EDID HDMI handshake and has to re-establish the HDMI status. Not sure why it impacts the SCS main screen however. It's an issue for us as we sometimes need to play Blu-ray disc video's (from a B_D player connected to the switch) as a cue after some SCS controlled cues.
Grateful for any thoughts on this..
Nick
