Transport indicates nothing playing, but audio being played.

So tonight, I start a cue and step out of the booth. While I'm out of the booth, it plays into the next track as expected. When I get back into the booth, I see that the currently playing track is marked as completed, (though it is still actually playing as indicated by my ears, the meters within SCS, and the meters on my UltraLite.) It hits the end of the track, and continues onto the next as it should, all while visually indicating (other than the meters) that nothing is playing. Eventually a hold is called and I go to stop it with [ESC] and it keeps on playing. I wound up having to shutdown SCS to finally regain control of things. I did create a dump file before quiting SCS and will send that via email. These cues were all using gapless playback.
