In SCS 11.1.4, selecting "Help Contents" from the Help button in the main window produces the response "This program cannot open the webpage". The Editor Help button works fine.
Both worked fine in SCS 11.1.3

Oops! I changed the name of the TOC page to get around a Google Chrome cache problem, but forgot to change the associated link in the program - only changed the links on the web site. (SCS uses the same source for web help and program help.)
