[Resolved] 10.9.7 level change on video causes video to end
I did a search and found several things about level change cues but not this specific issue. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if there's something in how I've set it up. I'm using version 10.9.7 of SCS. I have a video cue. The video file is a .wmv file and otherwise plays perfectly fine. About 2 minutes through the video I want a volume level change. So I've put a level change cue immediately after the main video cue. The level change cue is set to autostart 2:14 after the "start" of the "previous" cue, and I have the level change cue set to a 3 second transition to the new level. So the video cue starts and plays at its preset volume level, and I see the level change cue counting down until the 2:14 mark. As expected, at the 2:14 mark, when the level change cue countdown reaches 0, I see the 3 second level transition start and happen. BUT when the level change transition finishes it's 3 seconds, the main video cue immediately just stops and readies the next cue. (The main video cue is 3:48 long so there's plenty of it left to play after the level change happens.)
Re: Ver 10.9.7 level change on video causes video to end
Sorry, never mind. I figured it out, obviously just within a couple minutes of posting the question.
The video was actually in a series of videos all set to auto-start one after the other using "after end" of "previous cue", so when I inserted the level change cue, that then became the "previous" cue. I had to change the auto-start on the next video to point to the specific cue of the previous video instead of just "previous cue".
