Hello Mike,
this day I wanted to show someone the MIDI timecode capabilities of SCS and found, that MTC output can't be enabled, because if You check "For MTC" and apply the changes, You'll find it unchecked if You change the tabs within the device manger. This is not related to OS (happens with xp and Win7 64bit) and appears also in 11.7.1. Log and diagnostic file attached.
