[Fix 11.7.1.1] Shortcut for Master Fader Reset Doesn't Work

Small possible bug?

I have assigned the following shortcuts for;

Master Fader Mute - m
Master Fader Down - , (comma)
Master Fader Up - . (period)
Master Fader Reset - / (slash)

For the last few releases the Master Fader Reset shortcut only works a few times and then stops responding. The other three shortcuts mentioned all continue to work normally. This is the case on several different PCs all running Windows 10.

Fix ready for 11.7.2. I'll email you details of a pre-release early next week. It was caused by SCS not fully handling Windows 'OEM' virtual keys, which include VK_OEM_COMMA (< ,), VK_OEM_PERIOD (> .) and VK_OEM_2 (? /) amongst a few others. I have now added all the VK_OEM codes.
