[re-issued] Installing 11.6.2.1 32 bits problem

Hello,

when I install scs11.6.2.1_lav_win32setup on my 32-bits laptop I get the message that scs11.exe is not compatible with the installed Windows version.
Reinstalling scs11.6.2_lav_win32setup does run SCS without any problem.

Is there possibly something wrong with the installation package?

Yes, there does seem to be a problem with the LAVFilters 0.70.2 installer re 32-bit environments. I'll look into this over the next few days.

I've just re-uploaded the 32-bit versions of SCS 11.6.2.1 as the original '32-bit versions' were incorrectly compiled using the 64-bit compiler.

I just installed the new version of 11.6.2.1 and this is does run like it should.
