[Fix 11.4.2] Problem with copy/paste Ctrl Send midi file cue

Hi Mike

I was doing some reconstruction of my cue file (using the editor and not my dodgy XML programming!!) and found a problem. I created a new and very small test cue file to test it and the problem is consistently reproducible.

Using SCS 11.4.1.1
1. Create a cue file with one Control Send cue Q1 playing midi file F1
2. Save cue file, close and restart SCS.
3. In the editor, copy Q1 and paste to create Q2. Change Q2 to play midi file F2. Save the changes.
4. Exit editor and play each of the cues. Both Q1 and Q2 play midi file F2 ?!? Cue list shows that Q1 should be playing F1
5. Return to editor - Q1 still shows reference to F1; Q2 shows reference to F2.
6. Close SCS, then reopen. Now in the editor both Q1 and Q2 show references to file F2.

Audio cue copy and paste works just fine as does copy and paste of a simple Control Send midi command (eg program change).

I must admit I think I had come across this before when I was creating copies of cues for new songs and always put it down finger or brain trouble.

PS : you are right about 'cooked up' - we worked 36 hours non-stop to write, arrange and record the song and produce the video. There was a lot of coffee and french red wine consumed . . .
