[Fix11.4.2]Editor not remembering saves on certain waveforms

SCS 11.4.1.1 on two different laptops and two different OS versions (Win 7 and Win 8.1) and two completely different SCS files -

I open the Editor and choose an audio cue. The graph draws the waveform image for the cue. After the draw the save button becomes active. I click on it, saving the file. I go through all the cues and click save after each cue. After saving all the cues graph information I click on each cue again. On some of the cues the save button becomes active every time the cue is highlighted, regardless of the amount of times I click Save. Choose the cue, click Save, choose another cue, then go back to the first chosen cue and Save is highlighted again.

This is repeatable, on different laptops with different SCS files. I found nothing in the Help files about this.
