[Fix 11.2.3] SCS 11.2.3 RC1 Video play

When I play a video I see it in the second monitor and in a little window in the first monitor. This is right.
But if I have NOT secondary monitor scs plays the video in TWO little windows and when the video finishes, one video window stays open.
