[Fix 11.2.3] SCS 11.2.3 RC1 Save Cue File

Open cue editor
Make any change
Close Editor without saving
Close SCS
Answer yes to save cue file
And you will see the attached message.

Just tried that twice and it worked correctly both times :o

I don't understand what happened yesterday. Today it works.
Yesterday I repeat the test five times, one after restart ant it happened allways.
Windows 7 SP1

The error you reported occurred on trying to free the xVideo library. I have come across this before, and it does seem to be an issue that 'goes away' after a while. I'm following up on this with the xVideo developer.
