Callable Cue - Image doesn't work

I'm trying to call an image cue as callable. It doesn't seem to work. Putting the same image into Image cue (with same settings) works without problems, also video callable cues work just fine. It's just the image cues.

Works OK here. Please email me the log file from a run in which this happened. Log files are created and saved in a folder named "SCS Logs" under "Documents", and the name of each file includes a time-stamp indicating when the log started.
